    Giving Back to the World
from World by the Tail, Inc.

"I've got the world by the tail!"

This joyful expression is the root of our company's name and the foundation of our business philosophy. World by the Tail, Inc. is blessed with good fortune and we want to help others have it, too!

Each year, we donate a portion of our annual income to our favorite non-profit organizations. We also give each of our staff members a small sum of money so they can "pay it forward", making donations in their own names to animal-related organizations of their choice.

Here are the highlights of our philanthropy efforts in 2009:

    Foothills Gateway
    Fort Collins, Colorado

Foothills Gateway provides jobs for workers with developmental disabilities enabling them to earn a living providing quality work for local business like World by the Tail, Inc. (Workers at Foothills Gateway assemble all of our ClayPaws® Kits!)

Argus Institute for Families and Veterinary Medicine
James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital
    Colorado State University

    Best Friends Animal Society
